Dumpling Making and a Home-Cooked Meal with Chef Hugh Amano

Date: Friday, May 15th, 2020 at 6 p.m. 

At the home of Dean and Matina Marks, West Town

Join us for a casual and fun evening. Chef Hugh Amano, author of “Let’s Make Ramen!” and coauthor of “The Adventures of Fat Rice” will lead a small group in making authentic handmade dumplings.  Following some hands-on fun we will enjoy a sit-down dinner prepared by Chef Hugh. Each guest will leave with a signed cookbook and a full belly.
