Raise the barre on your workout, and join fellow Lab moms, Stefanie Chavin and Farah Adhi, for a fun, signature Bar Method fitness class. The Bar Method features low impact, but incredibly toning and sculpting work-out with highly trained and kind, welcoming instructors. No prior experience necessary. After class, we'll have drinks to toast the new year. Adults only please. We can't wait to see you there!
